Who operates WHO UP?
WHO UP? is operated by Productz Mgmt. References to the club or the operator in these terms mean Productz Mgmt. Contact us through the private support form in Safety Center.
Adults only
WHO UP? is for adults aged 18 and older. Use accurate account information, keep your sign-in secure, and do not create an account for a minor.
Your activity and content
You remain responsible for the content you share and must have permission to share it. Do not use the club to harass, threaten, impersonate, scam, or exploit others. You grant the club permission to display your submissions to the audience you select for the operation of the service.
Access, points, and payments
General Admission is free. Viewer VIP and Streamer VIP are separate access products. A paid wristband is not identity verification. Night Points have no cash value and may not be sold or exchanged for money. Rewards may be reviewed for abuse. The purchase screen states the current price and duration. Monthly subscriptions renew until canceled through the billing portal; cancel before the next renewal to avoid another charge.
Moderation and availability
The club may remove content or restrict accounts that violate its rules. Streams, rooms, and event access can end or expire. Access and service availability are not guaranteed. In-person arrangements are made by members; the club does not supervise meetings or guarantee another person’s behavior.
Help, appeals, and copyright concerns
Use Safety Center to send a private support request, challenge a moderation decision, or raise a copyright concern. Include enough information to identify the affected content without sending passwords, payment details, or identity documents. The administrator can respond in your request history. This service does not provide emergency monitoring.
Before public launch
The governing terms, refund process, and any event-specific rules still need to be finalized. This private build is not open for public purchases.
