Who is responsible for your information
Productz Mgmt operates WHO UP? and is responsible for the account and activity information described in this policy. Send privacy questions and requests through Safety Center.
What this version collects
WHO UP? uses supported secure sign-in to receive your account identifier and email. Your profile stores your display name, username, date of birth, city, photos, bio, interests, and settings. Date of birth is used to calculate age and is not shown to other members. Your email is not shown in discovery.
Who can see your activity
Profile details and public submissions are visible to signed-in adult members, subject to blocking and access rules. Private conversations are restricted to participants. When you report a message, the reported message content can be reviewed by authorized administrators. Safety check-ins and trusted-contact notes are private to your account.
Location and media
Discovery uses an optional city-level setting. The application does not request or store precise GPS coordinates for discovery. Still images uploaded through the interface are re-encoded to remove embedded metadata. Avoid including addresses or personal contact information in public posts or images.
Service providers and billing
The site uses hosted storage for account and activity data. When enabled, Daily provides live video and Stripe handles payments. Card details are entered with Stripe and are not stored in the WHO UP? database. Payment history may contain transaction identifiers, amounts, and membership status.
Your choices
You can download your profile, authored text, upload references, and points history from Safety Center. Use its private support form for access, correction, deletion, or moderation-appeal requests; the administrator reviews requests and replies there. A deletion request does not immediately erase the account. You can edit your profile, turn off city discovery, disable in-app notifications and optional recaps, block members, and remove a conversation from your inbox. Removing a conversation from your inbox does not erase it for another participant. Keep the site open to receive its current safety reminders; it does not automatically message trusted contacts.
Before public launch
Safety Center provides a private support and privacy-request channel. Account records are retained while the account is in use. Temporary posts and presence expire from discovery; expiration alone does not erase stored records. Deletion and retention exceptions require administrator review. A fixed retention schedule, regional disclosures, and provider agreements still need to be confirmed before public enrollment.
